Shipping policy

Wilde Portraits offers free worldwide shipping on all fine‑art prints. Orders are produced on demand and dispatched directly from our print partners to ensure the highest possible quality. Production times vary by region and may extend during peak periods. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may be affected by customs processing or local carrier delays.

All shipping addresses must be entered accurately at the time of purchase. Wilde Portraits is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact studio@wildeportraits.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and print so we can arrange a replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as each print is made to order.
